Cem Yilmaz's Levent Loft Home

Turkish stand-up comedian, showman, actor, writer, filmmaker, and director Cem Yılmaz's home at Levent Loft, Istanbul is designed in a very modern style. Interior design of the residence loft apartment is minimalist and so comfortable with only one word seeing beautiful Istanbul with bird's eye view. Yılmaz, who bought this home 2 years ago, waited for 1 year for the interior design of the home to be finished completely. Large windows of the home are for more sunlight to enter the rooms. Earthy colour tones such as gray, ivory colour, beige, brown, and some other similar colours are preferred in the interior of Cem Yılmaz's Levent Loft home, but we can also see some vibrant colours such as yellow and red to add a little colour to the calm environment of the home. Sofas and dining table of the home are giant size, giving this loft a legendary effect. Contemporary, natural wooden, leather furniture and products, soft natural organic fabrics, wooden and parquet flooring, natural stone, concrete, glass are other materials used in the interior design of this fascinating loft. Since Cem Yılmaz was a caricaturist/cartoonist before he became famous as a stand-up comedian, he is into art a lot and he has real very precious original artworks in his home, these paintings you see in the pictures are all pieces he himself bought from auctions. Besides his frequently changed and updated very well-known sports car collection, Cem Yılmaz can also be defined as a real estate king after hearing about his number of homes all around Istanbul and holiday regions of Turkey. Cem Yılmaz declared his assets a few days ago; 1 villa in Istanbul, 1 villa in Cesme, 6 residence apartments in Istanbul, 2 Porsche, 1 Range Rover, 1 Nissan GT-R, 1 Mercedes SLS AMG, 1 Bentley Continental GT, 1 Mini Cooper. This list doesn't include Yılmaz's assets in the banks.

George Clooney Selling His Villa

George Clooney owns a palatial 18th-century home in northern Italy. Now there is a recent rumour that Clooney is selling this glamorous villa, David Beckham and even Silvio Berlusconi are among the candidates for being the new owner of this excellent house!

If press reports are right, George Clooney gets his asking price of 30 million euros ($40.6 million) for Villa Oleandra, lakeside villa in the town of Laglio on Italy’s lake Como. He bought the stately home from the Heinz family in 2001, reportedly for 7 million euros ($9.5 millon).

Exclusive lakeside real-estate such as Clooney’s mansion rarely comes on the real estate property market, and the presence of Clooney himself is the main reason for a recent climb in local real-estate values around the town of Laglio and lake Como region in Italy.

Roberto Pozzi, the mayor of Laglio, has long time ago appreciated Clooney’s draw value for the town, and made the American actor an honorary citizen in 2004. So we all have to wait and see if George Clooney is really selling his precious property in Italy!

Brad Pitt's Design Talent

Your profession can be economist, housewife, business administrator, anthropologist, philologist, physician, dancer, engineer, singer, painter, journalist, or actor, but one day your hobby can get your most of your time. Just as Brad Pitt's life-long interest to architecture turns into reality.

Brad Pitt designs an 800-room luxury hotel complex in Dubai. The Oscar-nominated Hollywood actor Pitt, among a team of design consultants, mentioned that the project is enviromentally friendly architecture.

Brad Pitt's architecture design is not only this luxury hotel project but he also helps to build 150 homes in the Lower Ninth Ward of New Orleans, an area devastated by Hurricane Katrina.

Pitt has previously said: "Whilst acting is my career, architecture is my passion. Selecting this development (talks about hotel design in Dubai) as my first major construction has been a simple decision. You can expect something that is not only stunning to look at but will also be an incredible attraction to visit or to stay at. I'm really into architecture, structure, and design. Give me anything and I'll design it. I'm a bit nutty with it."
